The SUNRISE micro is intended
for small, low-priced PV-plants.
The SUNRISE micro can be connected to solar generators
of 550 to 1100 Wp. It can be connected to 8 - 15 standard modules per string.
It is, of course, also possible to use non-standard modules (thin film or amorphous
silicon modules), as the wide input voltage range permits many different variations.
String operation
The SUNRISE micro is specially
designed for string operation. Only a DC isolating facility is recommended between
modules and inverter. This greatly reduces the amount of cabling and installation
work that is needed.
Controls
The SUNRISE micro does without any controls at
all, as the unit operates fully automatically. Two LED’s in different
colours indicate the actual operational status.
