Clocked potential transformers find anywhere employment, where 24 V DC
voltage is to be minimized to 12 V DC voltage, e.g. in the truck,
touring bus, ship or live mobile.

battery and the 12 V consumers. Already you can yous always and everywhere
a 12V-charger, a mobile phone, an in-car telephone, a car
radio, a satellite receiver or a coffee machine.

The installation is possible also in crowded spatial rooms,
because contrary to linear potential transformers no large radiator box
is needed. By the high switching frequency of approx.. 50 kHz could be
selected also the used construction units small.
The efficiency is with approx.. 85% very highly and are characterised
in the opposite of conventional, linear potential transformers thus not only
by
substantially smaller dimensions but also by smaller heating up.
Well secured
The clocked potential transformers are protected from overload,
short-circuit and polarity.
