Solar Battery Type OPzS cell
Banner Stationary OPzS type Batteries are supplied in transparent (translucent) plastic containers in accordance with DIN 40736 and IEC 896 regulations The individual cells are placed in translucent/transparent containers made of styrenacrylonitrile (SAN), which is extremely resistant to chemical influences and mechanical damage. The batteries are characterized by field-proven long life, low water consumption, and low self discharge rate.
Ideal for deep cycling applications for photovoltaic, solar power systems,backup power, emergency lighting, control monitoring systems, security systems and telecommunications applications.

Banner´s OPzS Stationary Lead Acid Batteries are designed to provide battery power for deep cycling applications in telecommunication, utility, communication and transportation industries, as well as in power plants and distribution stations.
Due to the extremely low levels of self-discharge, they are also suitable for photovoltaic applications.
Banner’s OPzS batteries are characterized by a proven long life, low water consumption and low self-discharge rate. A unique tubular positive plate design prevents potential escape of active materials during operation and their containers are extremely resistant to chemical influences and mechanical damage.
